Neither in EN nor in derived skins. Both 7.5.x and 7.6

Fixed Bug: 16708
Description: on web skins other than Default we don't have the inline search input field, thus no query parameter. In this case present the user with a search field on the otherwise empty result page.

Verified with 'light' and classic skins. SBS: 7.6.32419   WIn7
