MSPcode 1418
Sometimes when AC power is applied after the unit has been in Ultra Low Power mode it will not boot up when AC applied. This happens if the power button has been pushed multiple times when in ULP mode.
 When this happens it requires the power button to be pushed or recycle AC power an additional time to boot.

1. Unit unplugged from AC
2. Push Power button multiple times
3. Plug in AC and unit will not power up

Fix by removing and inserting AC power again.
