Player remains synced after changing registration

Had 4 players that were synced. Performed a factory reset and set them up on a different account. They began to play in sync. From MSB.com I logged in as user not administrator, deleted one of the players from the account so it was now connected as unlinked@slimdevices.com. The player remained synced with the other players but no longer displayed the synchronization menu item to allow un-syncing. The other players still displayed the sync menu and included the unlinked player in the sync list. I think this issue is related to bug 16226 and bug 16619. The issue is not that likely of an occurrence, but there seem to be a few issues that relate to changing players accounts. Viewing the Support call incidents there a number of calls that indicate their player was previously registered to someone else or they want help in deleting a player from an account that these issues may be effecting these users
Does that mean that players in different accounts, different homes may play in sync? That must be quite a surprise. Why do you continue do this to yourselves, your support people, and your customers? Why, why ... can't someone simply register a player in a new account without having it manually deleted from another account first? It should automatically be unregistered, unsynced, unEVERYTHING when it's added to a new account. If there's some security concern, what is it? Can you register a player that you don't have in your possession to a different account?
