Issue #1 - header off the screen

The Device Name and Service Name are scrolling off the screen on the Samsung
Galaxy.

This presents two problems.
1. The user is unable to access the Player, the Home button, and the Now
Playing button.

2. If the screen is scrolled and the device orientation is changed, the header
now appears in the middle of the list and makes the items behind the list
unusable. Workaround: Scrolling to the top of list and change the orientation
again will reset the header position.

There's something utterly broken with this. If I apply the same fix for Android as I did for iOS, scrolling would be fine, but eg. search fields aren't accessible any more on Android. Even the plain HTML "Go" button wouldn't be shown any more.

I'm not sure we can fix or work around this issue with reasonable effort. Let's make sure Junien has got a 2.2 device when doing his demo...
