When doing an artist search where just one artist is returned, go directly to the artist when selecting "Artist (1)".

Right now there are four steps:

1) Search: john lord fonda
2) Artists (1)
3) "John Lord Fonda" (list with one entry)
4) The actual artist page for John Lord Fonda.

Step 3 could be eliminated.
