Player Presets is not editable in the web-UI .

Actually very annoying that it is so.

Player presets should be editable in the player settings for each player.
Just the same waythat you can djust favorites.

Hope this is not a dupe did some search .

And ideally please bring 7.3.x functionality back and make it possible to use global shared presets for all players. I have 7 players around a house and I want the presets to be the same across all of them. Just like it was when I bought bunch of them. That was a feature available when I bought my players and it was taken away. There is no excuse for it.

I recommend either adding a presets/favorites module to the per-player settings tab (with an option to copy the presets from another player or from the server's favorites list), or putting this in the underutilized but naturally-named "favorites" menu in the advanced setings tab.

I personally find it confusing while I used to be able to set my "Favorites" on the server, and have those settings apply to all my devices, now if I add a favorite on the server, it is only accessible via the web interface until I go and add it as a preset on each individual device. I guess the paradigm change separating "presets" from "favorites" may make sense to new users, but it confuses an old hand like myself.

The kidsplay plugin has been suggested as a workaround to the preset add/change issue. On my SqueezeBox Boom however, it doesn't work. I am trying to add a random songs playlist as Preset 1 and it will not apply.
