Bugzilla – Bug 16526
Multi-disc albums aren't played together
Last modified: 2010-09-20 10:13:58 UTC
Some albums have more than one “physical unit” (CD), and then each track also has a “volume number” value. If this is disregarded it will mix the tracks from the two CDs so you get track # 1 from CD #1 first, then track # 1 from CD #2, then track # 2 from CD #1, then track # 2 from CD #2 and so on. If possible, it would be godd if you could do the sorting also on “volume number”. An example of such an album is Rolling Stones, Hot Rocks 1964-1971
Nils - I'm CCing you on some of the reported (by our QA) WiMP issues. Please feel free to add your comments. Thanks! Oh, this one actually is yours ;-).

Works perfectly !!
This seems to be working fine. Verified using "Solid Air - Deluxe Edition" by John Martyn and "Hot Rocks" by The Rolling Stones.
