Currently, /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Bin/i386-linux/sox is v14.3.0.

There is a bug in sox v14.3.0 where, when 16-bit input files are processed (e.g. upsampled) and output to 24-bit flacs, only 16-bits are written out.  This is fixed in sox v14.3.1.

This impacts all platforms for SOX.

sox needs built on all platforms. I started this but didn't finish them all so never checked it in, says Andy.
