If an alarm is set on the Radio, looking at it on the Alarm Clock screen shows the time in whatever format the SB Server is set to.  For instance if the Radio is set as 12Hr time and SBServer is set to 24Hr, the Alarm Clock screen on the device will show as 24Hr time instead of 12Hr.

This issue is on r9009 and exists on Radio, Touch, and Jive
