When the alarm sounds the pop screen has two options Snooze and turn off alarm.

The default snooze for I'm not awake let me sleep more. Just press the big knob to activate.

Turn off alarm for I'm awake and no longer need the alarm. Rotate clockwise and press the  knob.


There is a third possible action rotate CCW and press the knob the alarm keeps playing and the alarm pop remains. It’s simple to just rotate CW to snooze or turn off but half asleep I thought I did that already.

This behavior has changes in the current 7.7.1 r9557 ever since the sticky knob was introduced. So this works for me
