During my wireless link tests (where I power off and on the wireless AP) I found that SB Radio can take up to 30 seconds to reconnect (wireless link) after AP is ready again. In comparison SB Controller and SB Touch almost immediately reconnect when AP is ready.

SB Radio is using an Atheros wireless chipset whereas SB Controller and SB Touch use Marvell wireless chipsets.

Bug: 16468 
Description: Fix wireless driver to report disconnect events to wpa_supplicant. This reduces time to reconnect to a few seconds. (Before it could easily take up to 30 seconds to reconnect.)

Fixed verified in build 9443 for Radio.
