I bought the Squeezebox radio and it will shut down, lock up, loose presets, screen will lock, alarm is unreliable.

We made a release yesterday which should address the unreliable alarm, lost presets and shutting down issues.  Have you updated to firmware 9009?

Regarding your locking up issues, those don't seem to match issues that other users are reporting.  If they continue after the firmware update, you might consider contacting tech support by phone or email at http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support-downloads/support-contactus
