FW 7.5.1 r8837 on SB radio and SB touch

SB touch and SB radio are running, but synchronizing is not possible (the menu item does not show).
SB touch is running as SB server with a local USB HD. the music library can be accessed from the SB Radio and the SB touch can also be controlled from the SB Radio. Synchronizing is not possible. also trying to synchronize the SB Radio from the SB touch is not possible as the menu item is not available.
I tried to switch the music library but this does not help. powering down all the systems and restarting does not help either.

sometimes the synchronize menu item appears, but really only sometimes.

when starting SB radio and the touch is already running the synchronization menu appears but there is no touch available to select.
easiest to get the touch listed in the menu is to select the music library on the touch and then the touch is listed in the synchronization menu immediately.
