When playing music from a Rhapsody playlist created using the Rhapsody software about 75% of the songs in the playlist do not display any album artwork or track information.  This occurs on my squeezebox radio, squeezebox touch, squeezebox duet and ipeng ipod touch app.  It appears to be totally random which songs include artwork and track information.

Happens on all "Top Tracks" playlists as well
The SB3 display shows no info 
The mysb.com control panel shows 'null'

When customer tries plays music from their own library on their Rhapsody account they do not get the album art work.

Here is an example of how customer accesses their music.

Click on Rhapsody > My Library > Artists > 38 Special > 20th century masters> rockin into the night

Art work for everything else works fine as well as Rhapsody channels.

Tried removing app and reapply app with no change
