when the remote control is sued the touch is configured to change to the remote (big) skin.
when being in the remote skin mode and touching the screen, the touch reacts as follows:
first touch the skin is changed to local
second touch the menu is executed

I would prefer to have the menu executed immediately and then change the skin.

I agree.  This was brought up during beta testing.

I just noticed that there are situations where the current implementation makes sense, e.g. when a song is played then taping on the screen changes back to the local, while in 'normal' operation the taping would change the display.
This might not be wanted in this situation, so the changing and/or executing a function should be in relation to the information on the screen.
within the menu-tree: execution of the command
while in the play screen: only change the skin.
