When the touch is started and there is no network present, my music can not be used, even the music is available on the directly connected USB HB.
Once the network connection has been established the my music is usable even the network is again disconnected and remains disconnected for long time (read observed and played around for around 30 min.)
at least the locally present music should be playable even without any network connection.

Which version of the firmware are you running?

I cannot reproduce this with 7.6. I can play from local music after a reboot, after going through the "Continue Without Network" option that is provided when entering My Music.
