Menu log

In Pandora, if you go to "Genre Station-><A Genre Category>" and then try to
open a context menu on one of the playlists it will not work.

Example: Pandora->Genre Stations->Alternative-><press "+" on
"Alternative/Grunge Radio">

The issue is, that the menu does contain a "more" item in the base command set
yet there are no parameters in the item.
Instead, the parameters for the item are in the item's actions (go and add)
themselves so you can't execute the base command on the item.

The bug can be reproduced on any Squeezeplay device yet it especially hurts
iPeng since these are Touch-To-Play-Items for which iPeng always opens a
context menu first to avoid accidentally flushing the current playlist.

This only applies to "Genre Stations", personal stations still work as
expected.
