alarm clock does not work

automatically shuts off and randomly switches sound
Some questions: - Which firmware version are you using, goto Settings/Advanced/About and check the version number shown - Are you using a Squeezebox Server running on a computer or to Logitech's central mysqueezebox.com server ? - Have you configured the alarm to play a saved playlist or some internet radio station or something else ? If you are using a local Squeezebox Server on a computer and just want it to work, I would also recommend you to try the latest nightly build of Squeezebox Server available here and check if the problem is solved if you use that: http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.5
