Using Squeezebox Server Version: 7.5.1 - r30836 @ Tue Jun 1 06:02:45 PDT 2010, any iTunes playlist with more than 500 songs only imports the first 500 songs in the playlist. The same iTunes playlists imported completely using earlier SqueezeCenter versions. The same behavior is observed in all 3 choices for rescan (Look for new and changed, Clear and rescan, Only rescan playlists).

Starting with 7.5.0 any playlist by default can't contain more than 500 items. This limitation can be changed in Settings/Advanced/Performance.
