Description Tylor! 2010-07-06 08:13:03 UTC
I have a customer that while on the Now Playing or Playlist of his Rhapsody will get the message "Can't request non-HTTP URL" when he presses down on the center button of the Controller.

Further details as provided by the customer.

When I pressed the center button on thecurrent song (at that point it was the second song that night; about 10th on the list) I got the message. But when I went to the previous song and all the ones AFTER the song that was playing, I got the correct information. However, all the songs that had played previous to
that night (that is, in the day before) gave me that URL message.

I was unable to re-create it in the lab here using the customer's account. There seems to be no specific album or artist that causes the issue. Filed as bug for your consideration.

Many services only provide media URLs with an expiry time of a few hours or a day. After that delay the URL will be invalid. If you're on a playlist you've assembled the day before, you might very well be trying to get information for an invalid (outdated) URL.
