man, I thought I was done fixing that behavior. This is mine to fix (and dig deep into my memory to remember root cause)

Fixed Bug: 16336
Description: remove simple menu overlay when refreshing origin. This gets rid of the ghosted menu problem, however it also brings the user up to the top of the menu when backing out. Attempts to use setSelectedIndex to select the previously selected item proved ineffective, but this is a much more minor bug than what happens in 16336.
Comment 4 Chris Owens 2010-09-13 11:29:29 UTC
This bug has now been fixed in a released version of the Squeezeplay firmware (SB Touch, SB Radio, and SB Controller). If you are still seeing this bug, please make certain you are running firmware 9009 or higher, and re-open it.

Thanks!
