Description Dominique Jean-prost 2010-06-20 04:01:42 UTC
Actually, the only way to be woke up by "an internet radio" is to use the "current playlist option".
During the day, if I want to play "my music", I have to connect to an other "collection". After that play, if I don't reconnect to the "internet radio", my alarm is wrecked, because I could have stop my squeezeboxserver, so my "collection" is not reachable.

As alarm usage is a specific use case of the device, alarm setup should allow to use a specific "internet radio", not only "current playlist". This would allow to play "my music" (and by consequence allow changing collection during the day) without changing alarm setup.

Alarm should not depend on "current playlist"

You can save a station as a favorite or in a plugin to use it in the alarm.
