presets disappearing after playing the radio for a while.  Please for god's sake, also can you have someone respond to logitech forums, in general and in the aftermath of the poor firmware upgrade?  Users are so fed up because of lack of response, that they are telling any lurkers or potential buyers to stay away from your products.

I have seen this multiple times recently (at home) It occurred when I switched back to MSB.com after being connected to a local server. It also forgot all my alarm settings. My SBS is running on 7.5.3 running on Windows 7. I have been trying to replicate in the office on a WinXP system and have not been able to.

BTW when I had it forget the presets and alarm info it did not forget favorites.

Fix addressing issue made on this issue. Possibly better but not completely fixed, so please open new bug if seen more recently.
