When using MySqueezeBox.com, functionality is limited to Apps and Radio-streams.
Here's my suggestions (allthough quite obvious):

1. You could increase customer traffic to mysqueezebox.com by a factor of at least 1000 if you decided to add support for playing 'My Music' :-)

2. Remote Access to the library is not needed. All that is needed is to upgrade the SB SW to handle paralell connections to multiple servers (assuming that we define MSB.com as 'a server'). 

3. Alternatively just allow the remote controller window at MSB.com to remain in control even after the SB is reconnected to 'My Music'.

I think you know what I mean... ?
