On several occasions, the remote control has failed to work (display comes on and off).
This is not a battery issue.

please contact support.  If you are connected to mysqeezebox.com, this is likely a connection issue instead of a bug in code.  The remote response comes from server code and if your connection is not solid, this response may not be consistent.
