Despite our writeup requiring connection of a USB hub to provide greater than USB spec current to the USB hard drive connected to Touch, users are still connecting USB drives without a USB hub. Because of this, the USB hard drive is constantly spinning up and down.

An error message telling the user that a USB hub is needed to provide sufficient current is needed. Need to detect that the USB hard drive is experiencing this situation.
