Log for Monday - alarm fails and Tuesday - works correctly

With no changes to either the radio settings or to the SB server or local
network, my alarm will work on some days and fail (to the backup alarm on
others)

Attached are 2 logs.  Monday logs shows the alarm failing.  Tuesday log shows
the alarm working.  Absolutely NO changes to any settings from one day to the
next.

From quick look at log, it appears that backup alarm started up before the regular alarm could by a few seconds.

Collecting all 'backup alarm sounds too often/quickly' bugs to a single one.
