I reported this bug before (bug.cgi?id=15460), but am unable to reopen it. I was told that the problem was solved in version 7.5, but that appears not to be true. Folders with names containing Norwegian characters (æ, ø and å) or accented characters are still reported as empty. 
In a previous answer to me you asked for the server log file. Where do I find that file?
