Why can't radio read directly from NAS and not require a pc running software. I have an audiotron and it reads direct from network. This is a headache. 
The audiotron is at least 9 years old.
who care about tag data. file name is good enough.

because just the file name is not good enough for a huge proportion of our users, and a sizable majority of our customers expect tag data to be the principal means of cataloging and browsing their music.

Regardless of your opinion, this is a question better asked in our forums than opening a bug.

Audiotron was the first product I owned in this category. IMO, it was severely limited by the fact that it could only browse network shares.
