Scanner ignores WAV RIFF chunk tag "itrk" when in lowercase
Last modified: 2010-04-06 03:41:50 UTC
When using untagged WAV audio ripped by iTunes in a directory structure "Artist\Album\Disc-Tracknum Title" everything looks great in the SBS WEB interface showing the tracklist correct with numbering. Now i'm using MediaMonkey to tag my WAV audio. It uses the tag "itrk" default in lowercase for tracknumber. SBS ignores the "itrk" tag when it is in lowercase or what...? Suddenly the tracklist for an album in the SBS WEB interface is unnumbered and in alphabetic order??? The scanner should have used the directory structure to determine the tracknumber when it could'nt find the "ITRK" tag here. It's possible to force the "itrk" tag in MediaMonkey to be in uppercase "ITRK", and then SBS shows the tracklist correct again. Could SBS be modified to use both "itrk" and "ITRK" for tracknumber?
