I've been playing with a Fab4 for the last few days and doing things that most users wouldn't -- unplug/plug USB drives or SD cards, taking 10-12 screenshots, switching to Linux command line, etc.

It now won't start Sb Server after inserting a 16GB SD card with MP3 tracks on it. I keep getting a "Local music service stopped" screen, which says "Local music services has been stopped due to a problem."

Enclosed is the message log file. It appears to be running out of memory. Was able to do this twice in a row, and saw the same error screen twice.

Running firmware r8665.

The Fab4 never crashed during any of this.

TinySC is getting killed. Presumably jive (SP) has grown too big, possibly as a result of taking the screenshots. You should get a snapshot to top if you recreate this.

Mickey, is this unit at home?  Do you know how to SSH in and look at the 'top' output Alan is interested in?  Let me know if you need help.

TinySC will not be updated any more.
