Bugzilla – Bug 15914
WMA files do not show conductor tag in SqueezeBox
Last modified: 2010-04-20 14:39:01 UTC
Created attachment 6664 [details] wma file WMA files ripped with Windows Media Player do not show the conductor tag in the SqueezeBox or Transporter server. Efforts were made to retag the wma file using MediaMonkey. The conductor tag show in both MediaMonkey and Windows Media Player. We have both mp3 and wma files in the music library. The conductor tag shows on mp3 files. Help.
I have verified this for the customer as well and can confirm the issue exists. I also have tried with my own MP3 file and added a conductor line and Squeezebox Server does show the Conductor for MP3, but not WMA.
Created attachment 6774 [details] add conductor to wma format tags as the summary says. quick fix.
assigning to andy to commit where appropriate.
