CBS decided not to stream their radio stations outside the US starting 1st of February. As my favorite station KEARTH101 is a CBS affiliate, I could not listen to it anymore.

So I subscribed to a proxy service:

https://www.xroxy.com/premium.html

once you subscribe you are provided with IP address, port, user ID and password.

it works nice on PC. I can listen to my favorite radio again but not on any Squeezebox using the Squeezebox Server. There you can only configure IP and port but not the user id and password needed for authentication for a proxy in the advanced settings under network.

So either a plug-in is needed to do this or it needs to be implemented in a future release of the Squeezebox Server.
