In "Server Settings | Behavior" I have selected "Don't include composer, band
and orchestra in artists" -- And for "Browse Artists" that seems to work fine --
but if I then choose an artist it still displays albums/tracks for which that
person is listed as composer.

This is as designed - the Don't Include pref only applies to the top level artist listing.
