playlist file - content pasted in description

#EXTINF title info in M3U playlist file is discarded when scanned. Particularly
relevant to URL streams. Playlist targets contained in files on disk would
probably get the title and other info updated from the target file. Streams
don't get updated and the title is left blank. No biggie for a single entry
stream playlist as the playlist name is visible and you can extract tags from
the stream if you play it. But its a royal pain for a playlist of 170 or so
streams - all with blank names!

This appears to be a regression as I remember having to investigate workarounds
for this after a release of the server. And please don't ask which version -
that info has long gone.

Example

#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:0,2ue
