My daughter is using her Controller/SB3 combination with 7.5.0 r8540 firmware. Her Home Menu suddenly had custom items appear that she hadn't specified.

Photos enclosed. I tried to reset the Home Menu to default with Setting->Home Menu->Restore Default, but it didn't work (tried it twice).

Not sure how to reproduce, but will ask her to try.
