I'm a current Duet user and looking to upgrade. I'll probably have to go to PS Audio or some other MFG as I found out that 2 features that are critical to me are not in the more expensive Transporter

#1 - Wireless N - the G format does not transmit far or fast enough for large files in my hosuehold without and extender and you do not support extenders

#2 - Full support for 24 bit/ 192K or even higher file formats. Right now the Transporter maxes out at 96. This is inadequate

#3 - since I'm typeing..ability for controller and base to use Wirless Extenders or access points.

Thanks for listening. I'll probably be buying a new sytem in June of 2010. I've had great support from you guys and love the controller. But the Duet isn't cutting it for me anymore and the transporter in it's current hardware limitations won't either.

All new Squeezebox products are likely to be based on the SqueezePlay platform.
We do not plan to implement any further enhancements to the ip3k firmware or
which are targeted specifically at ip3k-based products.
