Copied my Favorites.opml file from Big-SBS to USB > Playlist
Did a TinySC wipe & rescan, TinySC still won't see the Favorites.opml

Saving favorites do work, it's just favorites.opml doesn't.

Correct, adding items to Favorites while on TinySC works fine.

I was thinking of the user who is buying Touch to replace their SBS server, the user may not be thrilled that their current Favorites folders and sub-folders cannot be moved to Touch.   :)

TinySC will not be updated any more.
