Last.FM QA cannot connect to their mysb.com account

I had a brief call with Last.fm today. Their QA can't test the Last.fm experience because they get an error when trying to connect to their mysb.com account. Message displayed is "Account not recognized" email account used was chryan at gmail dot com Michael, can you look into that account and see why it's failing? And if not you, can you assign the bug to someone who can? My only theory is that the account was setup on production mysb.com and the touch is pointing to test.mysb.com.
Some more information from owen ät last dot fm: Hi Michael: Squeezebox Touch 1) set up account on Squeezebox site - all ok 2) Squeezebox the does not recgonise my account name or email from step 1 above 3) I cannot add last.fm as an app due to not recognising me 4) Perform factory reset and start again = same issues 5) Create new account on Squeezebox, same issues happen 6) Now the squeezebox thinks i am german and dutch and keeps defaulting to that language, and still won't recognise my accounts Owen
