Bugzilla – Bug 15712
Samba should be started at device boot up
Last modified: 2010-04-08 17:25:58 UTC
It appears that Samba is only launched when TinySC is run. But since /var/log is now being shared, Samba should be launched at boot time.
/etc/init.d/samba start should be run at boot time. It will not actually start the daemon unless it was configured to do so in /etc/samba/status anyway.
