from the home menu I selected Search. I was able to sucessfully search several services for content and internet radio. I then switched to My Music and got a spinny connecting to itself.Came to Problem connectiong screen.  Try again gave the same result multiple times. Go Homeonly blinked. Chose player blinks and beeps. Back arrow just blinks. Using the remote to go back scrambled the text both large format and small format text at the same time. This cleared up after inputing via touch pad again, but I could not escape the stuck menu.
