Description Ryan 2010-02-04 17:16:49 UTC
two touches, both playing from SD card on one. Ejected SD card second unit got stuck trying to find the first unit. It would not allow switching libraries, util finially I installed an SD card in it. Then it allowed to switch to itsself.

"Got stuck" is not clear enough. What screen was it on? Were you able to hold down 'back' and get out?

So after the SD card is ejected from #1, #2 may display a connection message flashes for a moment but you miss it if you are not watching (it's not TV) then it will play to the end of the buffer. Then just sits there , until you press back then try to select some music. It then tries to connect SD card in #1. This fails eventually fails.
You get the "problem connecting try again, go home, chose player" prompt. If you do not use any of those and select back it will be inside the my music menu with a constant spinny forever without any further connection message.
The first connection error message should remain on the screen so the user can see it. I had missed the first times.
Later if you get to music menu, there should be some sort of connection error at that point.

BTW: shouldn't the choose player option be switch library
