When MySqueezebox.com is down, Boom and Classic can receive system administration level messages like "MySqueezebox.com is down for maintenance". Discussion concurred that this capability is needed for SqueezePlay based players -- Radio, Touch.

Mickey does this bug reflect work that's already underway or should I prioritize it as a 'fresh slate'?  thanks.

This would be new work. Nothing's been defined. Not the same as the previous Inbox discussion. Not sure whether this should be in 7.5. Need to ask for guidance.

Do we have any concensus on what the timeline of this project should be?  I would be inclined to mark it for 8.0.
