Description Sarah Waldmann 2010-02-03 14:12:02 UTC
When browsing photos, slideshow is great, but I have no way of viewing an individual photo in an album or manually advance the photo
Comment 1 Andy Grundman 2010-02-04 11:29:35 UTC
The reason we don't show individual photos is that we don't have a nice "photo
album" type of view. A listing of photos would look ugly as there is usually
no text for photos, and the thumbnails are small. So that part is a won't fix,
for now at least.

It does seem that you can't manually advance the slideshow using swipe or IR
right. This does work on Baby, so that is possibly still a bug.

Any more ideas regarding the plan for this?

Fixed Bug: 15599
Description: allow dragging up/down (next/previous) to switch between images on Touch. That's something I've wanted to fix for a long time :-)
Comment 4 Michael Herger 2010-02-05 02:34:35 UTC
FWIW: this change only fixes the "can't manually advance" part of the bug. As Andy said the preview/list isn't feasible.

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
