For internet radio stations, allow the user to access options

http://inside.radiotime.com/developers/api/opml/methods/options

Browse options allow them to change the stream, see lineup info, report a problem, find similar radio

Fixed bug 15569, use RadioTime's trackinfo menu for RT stations instead of our default HTTP trackinfo menu

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
