Remote Control window in Google Chrome

When using Google Chrome 4 I get the remote control window as seen in the
attachment - too small, so it has to be resized manually.

I noticed that from time to time I still see the too-small-window-for-Chrome bug but I don't know how to reproduce this behavior. How could I help?
