Description Nige 2010-01-16 15:44:14 UTC
SBS caters for a 1:1 mapping to a registered mysb.com account. For a household using a local SBS with multiple players (especially SB Radios), and multiple users, this causes problems with standard plugins such as Facebook and LastFM. SBS should allow multiple mysb.com accounts to be stored, and particular ones to be mapped to particular players.

Currently:

- a local SBS maps to a single mysb.com account;
- any player using the local SBS will therefore use those a/c settings for mysb.com facilities;
- it is not possible to scrobble music with different lastfm accounts on a single home network with a local SBS server instance;
- it is not possible to to post different status updates to different facebook accounts mapped to different players, based on music being played from the local SBS

This basically breaks the facebook and lastFM scrobbling functionality for a household with several users and players, unless a single facebook/lastFM account is configured (impractical if you consider typical usage for SBR devices).
