Description Hans Kuhn 2010-01-16 11:17:16 UTC
I'm trying to listen to a live mp3 stream from a radio station with the following settings:

AUDIO: 48000 Hz, 2 ch, s16le, 160.0 kbit/10.42% (ratio: 20000->192000)
Selected audio codec: [mp3] afm: mp3lib (mp3lib MPEG layer-2, layer-3)

From /var/log/squeezeboxserver/server.log

I can listen to this stream using quicktime on windows xp just fine, but my squeezebox refuses to play this stream. Are there any settings I can change on the client side for my squeezebox to allow this stream to play, or is the live mp3 stream non-compliant and needs to be set to 44.1 sample rate?

Comment 2 Chris Owens 2010-03-08 11:22:28 UTC
Moving lower-priority bugs to next target
Comment 3 Andy Grundman 2011-01-12 11:46:49 UTC
This stream is returning broken HTTP headers and needs to be fixed before it will play correctly.
