The charger state is No Battery, but the temperature of the battery shows 2047 °C.
all battery related values should be defaultet to something reasonable when no battery is installed.
Battery vmon1 and vmon 2 randomly change from 0 to 0.02 V, even the battery voltage is 0V.

Shall we plan to just validate that the 'temperature' is less than, oh, 250C.  If it's over that, we should just display ---.  Either the battery is not installed, or the unit is on fire.

The 'UI' component is being removed.  This bug is being shifted to the appropriate new component.

This is fixed in 7.6 r9004.

When is the 7.6 r 9004 available for installation?
I just checked but have not seen anything newer than my 7.51 r8837

As soon as 7.6 is officially released QA will close this bug and you'll get another email notification. No date for 7.6 has been set yet.

UI Removed.  Confirmed fixed in 7.6.0, R 32453.. SB 7.6.0, R9443
