Here is a brief description of the issue from the customer:

"I’m a shuffle player, so I load the entire library (317 GB , approx 51,000 files.) When I do this the album art is very slow to load on the playlist page. The controller is very sluggish, there could be as much as 10 or more seconds between command and execution of the command. 
On the diagnostics page: When the memory reaches 55%, PING will then switch from OK to CAN'T PING. The IP SUBNET will then switch from address to NIL and the IP GATEWAY will also go from address to NIL. the memory will then contiue to increase to 100%, at which time the controller will restart and the process will then repeat"

Our level one team has already replaced the Controller once and the replacement exhibited the same issues.
